The installation of elevation verticality and stability of the keel frame

1.to strengthen the wall rigidity, it is suggested that increase the keel supporting card. Supporting card installed on the open side of vertical keel, the distance of the card is from 600 ~ 800 mm.
2.Both prefabricated workshop sides of the door and window frames, free end of the wall corner joints and large openings such as the location to install strengthen keel (vertical keel and along the ground, along the roof keel recombination). After equipping the strengthening the keel,the principle remains the keel center spacing is 610mm without breaking.

3.if need to hang the heavy thing (such as condole ark, air conditioning, water tank and so on), you must encrypt the configuration of the keel, or in the keel on wood splint or thin steel plate, in order to transfer the load to the keel frame, to avoid damage of sheet.
4.for the special structure of the wall keel installation (such as the curve, slope of the wall) should meet the design requirements.
5.at the levels joint of plate install lateral brace keel, to fix edge level of the plate.
6.between keel and keel,connect with core pulling rivets or fix with special keel forceps.
7.after keel installed, should be in accordance with the requirements of design of water and electricity installation drainage tubes, wiring and accessories, etc. According to the position and size to pre opening in the keel, but the diameter of the hole is not more than 3/5 of the width of the keel.
